What is my Username? |
| | Your Username is your first initial + the first 5 letters of your last name + the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. It should be entered in all lower case with no punctuation, spaces, or the + sign. |

What is my password when I log in for the first time? |
| | The temporary password is mayerson. This must be entered in all lower case letters. After you login for the first time, you will need to change the password to your own, confidential password. |

I am not able to log in following the Username and Password instructions. |
| | There may be a couple of reasons for this.
- Your user account was transferred from our previous phone registration system if you were in an active status.
- Your school district in the previous phone registration system had to be Cincinnati Public Schools.
If you have been recently hired or rehired, please call us at 513.475.4100 to request a user account. |

What if I have forgotten my password or username? |
| | If you log in with an incorrect username or password, you will receive an error message that contains your password reminder. If this doesn't help, click on the Forgot Your Password? link. A new window will open allowing you to complete information for your password or username. Follow the instructions on the screen. |

Why does the Personal Information screen appear each time I log in? |
| | This was designed to appear every 30 days to give you an opportunity to update your personal information. The first time you log in, please be sure to enter a valid e-mail address, if that field is blank. All communication about your registration is delivered by e-mail now.
If you click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the screen - even if you didn't change anything - it will reset the timer so this screen won't appear again for 30 days. |

Do I have to have an e-mail account to use this system? |
| | This online system is designed to quickly and efficiently communicate all registration information to you by e-mail. This includes your initial confirmation, changes made to the class after you have registered, changes in your status, etc. Without an e-mail address, you will not receive any communication about your registration. |

Can I register for classes through the automated phone system if I do not have a computer? |
| | No, the automated phone system is no longer activated. Mayerson Academy is totally web-based for registration. |

If I attend a class and do not register online will I receive credit? |
| | No, you must register online within 24 hours of the first session date of the class. After 24 hours, registration is closed and you will not be able to receive credit. |

Do I have to complete an evaluation in order to receive credit? |
| | Yes. Please complete the evaluation from your Portfolio Page once the class has been completed and the evaluation option appears. You will then have access to print your certificate of completion. |

Will I receive a Completion Certificate in the mail from Mayerson Academy? |
| | No. You can now print your own certificates from your computer. |
