Introduction
The MyPD Online Professional Development Management System was developed to provide Mayerson Academy all of their training needs through an online system, accessible through the Internet, extranet, or intranet. With MyPD you have all the tools you need to manage your professional growth activities.
As of August 27, 2007, registration is ONLINE for all classes and professional development offered through the Mayerson Academy. The telephone registration system is no longer activated.
In addition to registering, you will be able to administer your professional development activities online-at your convenience-24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
- View your Class Portfolio, a listing of all the classes for which you are registered.
- View the complete Class Catalog of classes available to you, in a list-view format or a calendar format. The calendar can also be viewed by day, by week, or by month.
- Complete class evaluations at the conclusion of a class.
- Print or view your own certificates of completion.
- Print or view your Mayerson Academy professional development history.
Your e-mail is a critical element of this system. When you register for a class, you will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation. You will also receive helpful e-mail reminders as your class date approaches. If anything changes with a scheduled class after you have registered, such as a change in location, date, time, or cancellation, we can easily, quickly, and efficiently notify you by e-mail.
